You can track your order on the tracking page

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. (This means that an order placed on, Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday)

Norway
If you are based in Norway and want to buy Rolling Mavericks products, you can buy them via backcountrymc.no

UK
Please mail us at info@rollingmavericks if you want products shipped to the UK.

 

Rest of the World

We ship to most countries; however, you may not find your country listed in the checkout. Mail us at info@rollingmavericks if you want something shipped to another country not listed. We’ll see if we can work around this temporary limitation. 

All orders are shipped via various postal services from our fulfilment warehouse in the Netherlands.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Regular mail which is cheap but slow. Local postal services are used in your country for last-mile delivery.

DHL Express is more costly but offers fast delivery within days or a week depending on which country the order is shipped to.

Transit Times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

FREE SHIPPING

In many countries we offer Free Regular Mail shipping and Free Express shipping depending on a minimum amount you need to spend.

The Free Shipping bar at the top of the shop pages will tell you dynamically how much you need to spent to be eligible for the free shipping option.

DUTIES and TAXES

International Orders: Duties and Taxes are not collected. You are responsible for paying any duties and taxes that your order may incur.

Shipping Costs will not be refunded for orders refusing delivery due to failure to pay duties and taxes.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Estimated shipping costs will appear in the shopping basket after you add items. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout

DELIVERY TIMES

The Netherlands and Belgium
The Regular Mail delivery time of our products is 1-5 business days, depending on the product and whether the product is in stock. If a product is not in stock, this is stated on the product page.

Other European countries
The Regular Mail delivery time to other European destinations is 3-10 business days, depending on the country.

Outside of Europe

Shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination and the time of year. During November and December, shipping may take longer due to the shopping season such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas shopping.

Regular Mail delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks.

DHL Express offers fast delivery within days or a week depending on which country the order is shipped to.
