SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Order Shipping

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock. We will ship your order as soon as the item becomes available. Any estimated shipping timeframe provided is indicative only — we cannot guarantee an exact shipping date, as stock arrivals may be subject to delays outside our control.

If you add in-stock items to a pre-order, all items will be held and shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available. If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

If your purchase is time-sensitive — such as for a planned trip or event — we advise waiting until the item is in stock before ordering.


⚠️ Important Notice for U.S. Customers

All orders processed by U.S. Customs are subject to import duties and broker fees. The U.S. has ended the duty-free exemption for low-value imports. Please factor this in before placing your order.


Duties & Taxes — Orders Outside the EEA

Local taxes, duties, tolls, and customs fees are not included in our prices. These costs are charged by your local authorities and the carrier, and may include customs handling fees.

  • All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility
  • Refused deliveries due to unpaid duties will not be refunded
  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We ship using reliable carriers such as PostNL and FedEx from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

As the seller, we are responsible for ensuring your order reaches you. If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@rollingmavericks.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue on your behalf.

Once a parcel has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier, responsibility passes to you as the recipient.


Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed Friday evening or during the weekend ship on Monday or Tuesday
  • You can track your shipment via our tracking page
