Ultralight Dual Sport Trail Stand precizno je izrađen od aluminija 7075-T6. Rezultat je najlakši dostupni stalak za podizanje motocikla na terenu, koji je istodobno iznimno kompaktan i čvrst.
Trail Jack 4.0 prošao je temeljito redizajniranje. Verzija 4 sada teži samo 99 grama — 25 grama manje u usporedbi s prethodnim modelom. To smo postigli zamjenom cijevi od aluminija 6061-T6, koje su se prije koristile, s cijevima od aluminija 7075-T6 zrakoplovne kvalitete. To nam je omogućilo oblikovanje tanjih i lakših cijevi uz povećanje ukupne čvrstoće.
Rezultat: naš dosad najčvršći Trail Jack i prvi stalak za podizanje motocikla na terenu na svijetu koji je pao ispod granice od 100 grama bez kompromisa u čvrstoći.
Motocikl od 300 kg? Nema problema. Postoje li uopće motocikli za kombiniranu vožnju teški toliko? U svakom slučaju, naš Trail Jack Stand testirali smo u preši, gdje je bez problema izdržao 550 kg / 1.100 lbs , no ne preporučujemo prekoračenje maksimalnog opterećenja od 425 kg.

Koristite na vlastitu odgovornost
Korištenje Trail Jacka čini motocikl nestabilnim. Namijenjen je isključivo za hitnu upotrebu na terenu. Maksimalna sigurna ukupna težina motocikla i prtljage 400 KG
Nemojte ga koristiti kao radionički stalak. Uvijek koristite na čvrstoj, stabilnoj i ravnoj podlozi.
Nikada ne koristite na mekanim podlogama na kojima dizalica može propasti i uzrokovati pad motocikla.
Pronađite čvrstu, stabilnu i ravnu podlogu te parkirajte motocikl na bočni nogar. Ako skidate kotač, otpustite maticu osovine prije podizanja motocikla.

Ubacite motocikl u prvu brzinu kako biste blokirali stražnji kotač i spriječili kotrljanje.

Upotrijebite isporučenu obostranu čičak-traku za blokiranje ručice prednje kočnice. Za dodatnu sigurnost postavite kamenje, trupce, pijesak ili druge čvrste predmete ispred i iza kotača.
Podizanje motocikla
Na bočnom nogaru motocikl je nagnut na jednu stranu. Pri korištenju Trail Jacka stanite na suprotnu stranu.
Provjerite može li podloga nositi dizalicu. Ako ne može, spriječite propadanje stopice (na primjer, korištenjem čvrste podloge).
Odabir točke za podizanje
Odaberite čvrstu i sigurnu točku na motociklu:
Stražnji kotač: stražnja vilica
Prednji kotač: blizu prednjeg dijela motora
Cijev okvira ili rupa u zaštitnoj ploči motora koja odgovara vilici također dobro funkcionira
Provjerite je li odabrana točka stabilna i da ne može skliznuti.
Napomena: Isprobajte ovo kod kuće prije polaska. Možda ćete morati izbušiti rupu od 13 mm u zaštitnoj ploči motora kako biste postavili Y-nosač.
Ne koristite oslonce za noge osim ako ste sigurni da su fiksni. Većina je zglobna i može se neočekivano preklopiti, zbog čega motocikl može pasti.
Podešavanje ispravne visine
Postavite dizalicu okomito, sa stopicom na tlu blizu točke podizanja, kako biste procijenili potrebnu duljinu.
Cilj:
Kotač je tek malo iznad tla
Dizalica je što okomitija
Prevelik kut = nestabilnost. Ne podižite više nego što je potrebno.
Pritisnite gumbastu kopču i lagano zakrenite unutarnju cijev kako bi slobodno klizila bez zaključavanja u svaku rupu. Kad pronađete ispravnu visinu, pustite da se zaključa.
Kao smjernica, dizalica bi trebala biti oko 5–7 cm viša od točke podizanja.
Podizanje kotača
Postavite prihvat pod točku podizanja. Dizalica će prirodno stajati pod blagim kutom.
Jednom rukom držite donju cijev, a drugom lagano gurnite motocikl na bočni nogar dok dizalica ne sklizne na mjesto.
Nastojte držati dizalicu što okomitije. Kotač treba biti tek malo iznad tla — ne previsoko.
Ako je kut prestrm ili visina nije dobra, ponovno postavite motocikl i prilagodite duljinu dizalice.
Za ovo je potrebna vježba — isprobajte kod kuće prije nego što se na to oslonite na terenu.
Provjera stabilnosti
Prije rada na motociklu provjerite stabilnost.
Lagano zanjišite motocikl i pritom budite spremni odmaknuti se ako bude potrebno. Nastavite samo kada ste sigurni da je postav stabilan.
Održavanje
Sve dijelove održavajte čistima i bez pijeska, blata ili nečistoća. Cijevi tijesno naliježu, a prljavština može spriječiti glatko rukovanje.
Cijevi možete isprati vodom (na primjer iz CamelBaka). Prije ispiranja uklonite crnu stopicu i unutarnju cijev s gumbastom kopčom.

Stronger and easier to use than it looks
Handy! I was able to lift my Tenere 700 wheels (one at a time) onto the side stand with one hand and slide this into place. It looked precarious, but I rocked it back forth and it was solid. Easily lubed the chain, and I don’t anticipate having trouble removing wheels for flat repair. I don’t recommend using it in gravel since it could slide out, but it dug into grass and held firm. Cheaper and (obviously) lighter than a center stand.

Very nice finish and it seems to do it's job. Haven't had to use it in the field (and I suppose everyone should hope they don't have to), but I expect it to work. I do have some concerns about the bigger than expected gap between inner and outer tube, I thought it would have been a tighter fit, but given the extensive experience around the world, it must be ok.

You mentioned being concerned about the size difference between the outer tube and the inner tube, but it does not cause any issues whatsoever and that’s actually by design. For one, it keeps the trail jack much more affordable since we can use standard size tubes instead of machining them, which would double the cost at minimum.
There’s also a practical reason: when you’re out on the trail and you drop the trail jack in the sand or dirt, having that bit of extra space means that sand or dirt grains won’t get stuck and cause issues when you’re trying to fit the parts together. Hope that helps clarify everything.

Awesome trailstand, very packable. I have a great use of this stand and works great for my KTM 890R. I store it in my Mosko Pinner tool roll. If the trailstand tuben were 1cm shorter it would be a perfect fit, but not sure how that would impact on lifting different bikes. /Braap&Camp

Hi,
I tested the trailstand during an morocco trip for 3 weeks and am very happy with the part. Easy to use, simple and stable funktion.
Used the stand with an loaded tenere world raid, stand is stable also within sand if u use a little stone etc. Light and simple to pack.
A nice improvement would be to have a place to put the splint during transport. The lower hose could be used to put or clamp the splint inside if its long onepugh.
I strapped it with the break strap onto the trailstand.

Stand above the rest
So I purchased my Rolling Mavericks trail Jack to be part of my Every Day Carry kit for my Dual Sport.
I was a little put off with the shipping and lack of tracing provided. I wasn’t able to get any updates past that it arrived in Canada. It was about 2 weeks after that my parcel had arrived.
The shipping box was destroyed, however the contents were intact and complete. There was no packing within the box either.
The fact it came from the Netherlands and arrived after 5 weeks was acceptable. As stated before better tracking would be beneficial.
The Stand/jack seems to function as intended and hopefully I’ll never have a use for it!

Upgrading my 701 travel toolbag
I have ordered several items to upgrade my 701 travel toolbag. All received quickly with detailed tracking. Perfect. The multi tool is very convenient for all small nut and bolt job. All bits are together, only the big T45 and T50 are socket type. I added an extension to access everywhere on the bike. The spanner 32mm with its 27mm insert is a jewel! So lightweight and strong and enough to lose front and rear wheel nuts. That itself saved a lot of weight in the bag. The Trail jack stand is just perfect and takes no space to carry. Very happy with my new tools that I would recomment to anyone looking for high quality and well thought traveler's tools.
