RETURN & REFUND POLICY

EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union (or European Economic Area), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You can fill in the withdrawal electronically via the “withdrawal form” provided in our online shop.

Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs for withdrawal returns are at the buyer's expense. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method. No restocking fee applies to withdrawal returns.

Note: 

The electronic withdrawal follows a legally prescribed two-step procedure. After initiating the withdrawal via the withdrawal form (“Withdraw contract”), you will be asked to enter the information required for the withdrawal and then explicitly confirm the declaration (“Confirm withdrawal”).

After completing the process, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration on a durable medium.


30-Day Return Policy (All Customers)

Outside of the EU withdrawal right, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs and the risk of return shipment are at the buyer's expense. A €3.50 restocking fee applies to non-EU-withdrawal returns.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@rollingmavericks.com so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Note: EU withdrawal rights apply regardless of sale status. Discounted items are not exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU customers.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately by our automated system. We will do our best to cancel or modify orders if notified quickly — contact us at info@rollingmavericks.com as soon as possible.


International Orders (Outside EEA)

For orders shipped outside the European Economic Area, local duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. The freight forwarder may also charge a handling fee for customs clearance. If you refuse delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, shipping costs will not be refunded and a return shipping fee may apply.

Note for U.S. customers: All orders processed by U.S. Customs on or after August 29, 2025 are subject to import duties and broker fees following the end of the duty-free exemption for low-cost imports. Please factor this in before ordering.
