トレイルジャックの使用はバイクの安定性を損ないます。トレイルでの緊急時のみの使用を目的としています。バイクと荷物の合計最大安全重量は400kgです。
作業用スタンドとして使用しないでください。
必ず固く安定した平らな地面で使用してください。
ジャッキが沈みバイクが倒れる恐れがある柔らかい地面では絶対に使用しないでください。

しっかりと安定した平らな場所を見つけ、バイクをサイドスタンドで停めてください。
ホイールを外す場合は、バイクを持ち上げる前にアクスルナットを緩めてください。
リアホイールの転がりを防ぐために、バイクを1速に入れてください。
付属の両面ベルクロストラップでフロントブレーキレバーを固定してください。
安全のために、ホイールの前後に石や丸太、砂などの固い物を置いてください。
サイドスタンドではバイクが片側に傾きます。トレイルジャックを使うときは反対側に立ってください。
地面がジャッキを支えられるか確認してください。支えられない場合は、足が沈まないように（例えば、固い台座を使うなど）対策をしてください。
バイクのしっかりとした安全なポイントを選んでください：
リアホイール：リアスイングアーム
フロントホイール：エンジンの前方付近
フレームチューブや、ヨークに合うバッシュプレートの穴もよく使えます。
選んだポイントが安定していて滑らないことを確認してください。
注意：出発前に自宅でテストしてください。Yホルダーを取り付けるために、バッシュプレートに13mmの穴を開ける必要があるかもしれません。
フットペグは、確実に固定されている場合のみ使用してください。ほとんどはヒンジ式で、予期せず折りたたまれてバイクが倒れる原因になります。
ジャッキングポイントの近くの地面にフットを置き、ジャックを垂直に立てて必要な長さを見積もります。
目標：
ホイールは地面から少し浮いています
ジャックはできるだけ垂直に設置されています
角度が大きすぎると不安定になります。
必要以上に高く持ち上げないでください。
ボタンクリップを押し、インナーチューブを少し回して穴にロックされずに自由にスライドさせます。
正しい高さが見つかったら、固定させます。
目安として、ジャックはジャッキングポイントより5〜7cm高くするのが良いです。
ジャッキングポイントの下にヨークを配置します。ジャックは自然にわずかな角度で設置されます。
片手で下のチューブを持ち、もう一方の手でバイクをサイドスタンドに優しく押しながらジャックを所定の位置に滑り込ませます。
ジャックはできるだけ垂直に保つことを目指してください。ホイールは地面から少し浮いているだけで、過度に高くしないでください。
角度が急すぎたり高さが合わない場合は、バイクをリセットしてジャックの長さを調整してください。
これは練習が必要です。現場で使う前に自宅で試してください。
作業前に安定性をテストしてください。
バイクを優しく揺らし、必要ならすぐに離れられる準備をしてください。
セットアップが安定していると確信できる場合のみ作業を進めてください。
すべてのパーツを清潔に保ち、砂や泥、ゴミを取り除いてください。チューブはきつくはまっており、汚れがあるとスムーズな動作を妨げます。
チューブは水（例えばCamelBakの水）で洗い流せます。
すすぐ前に、黒いフットとボタンクリップ付きのインナーチューブを取り外してください。

Customers praised this ultralight, compact trail stand for being "incredibly lightweight" yet "strong and sturdy." Handy! I was able to lift my Tenere 700 wheels (one at a time) onto the side stand with one hand and slide this into place. It looked precarious, but I rocked it back forth and it was solid. Easily lubed the chain, and I don’t anticipate having trouble removing wheels for flat repair. I don’t recommend using it in gravel since it could slide out, but it dug into grass and held firm. Cheaper and (obviously) lighter than a center stand.
Very nice finish and it seems to do it's job. Haven't had to use it in the field (and I suppose everyone should hope they don't have to), but I expect it to work. I do have some concerns about the bigger than expected gap between inner and outer tube, I thought it would have been a tighter fit, but given the extensive experience around the world, it must be ok.

You mentioned being concerned about the size difference between the outer tube and the inner tube, but it does not cause any issues whatsoever and that’s actually by design. For one, it keeps the trail jack much more affordable since we can use standard size tubes instead of machining them, which would double the cost at minimum.
There’s also a practical reason: when you’re out on the trail and you drop the trail jack in the sand or dirt, having that bit of extra space means that sand or dirt grains won’t get stuck and cause issues when you’re trying to fit the parts together. Hope that helps clarify everything.

Awesome trailstand, very packable. I have a great use of this stand and works great for my KTM 890R. I store it in my Mosko Pinner tool roll. If the trailstand tuben were 1cm shorter it would be a perfect fit, but not sure how that would impact on lifting different bikes. /Braap&Camp

And you are right, shortening the Trail Jack would impact lifting certain bikes. Especially, lifting the front wheel on Enduro bikes.

I'm afraid I don't know. The easiest would be to look at the tools that came with the bike or measure the nuts. Also, ensure the nuts are not recessed, and there is space to use these wrenches. Perhaps you can ask on a Triumph forum.
